Assisi Pax Mundi 2018, Preview

Assisi Pax Mundi is starting. The fifth edition of the International Festival of Sacred Franciscan Music is starting on Saturday the 13th of October with a preview concert that will bring all attendants to the heart of the event.

The appointment is on Saturday the 13th of October at 9 p.m. at the Saint Francis Upper Basilica in Assisi with the “Città di Zurigo” Choir coming from Switzerland. This festival preview is dedicated to this Choir that was born for this occasion by the union of four different Swiss choirs: Chor der Herz Jesu Kirche, Laurentius Chor of Winterthur, Divertincanto Konzertchor, Chor der Universitätsspitals of Zürich. These choirs repertoire includes choral songs of different ages and genres and they often cooperate to perform works of great cultural depth. As the Messa in Re by Dvorak.

After the preview Assisi Pax Mundi will invade Assisi with its music from Thursday the 18th to Sunday the 21st of October.
